A graduate of Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, holding a master's degree in Political Science, she worked in journalism during her studies before founding her event management company (organizing more than 40 prestigious exhibitions).

Her first book, "Les Recettes de Georgette," achieved great success upon its release in 2014, quickly becoming a bestseller. It received the Lebanese Academy of Gastronomy Award and was picked up by Hachette Antoine publishing house for the Arabic version titled "Allo Georgette…".
